Grasmere Farm

Grasmere Farm was founded by Stuart Stables whose family has been farming south Lincolnshire since 1969. Grasmere Farm is now an award winning family pig farm who strive to provide customers with the highest quality cuts of meat.

Traceability and care for food are just a few values the family instil, whether that's with their own meat or meat sourced locally from their trusted network, you can be sure it is of the highest quality. Grasmere travels just over 50 miles to get from the farm to here in our farm shop. This means that it has a very low carbon footprint and is good for both your body and the environment. 

We love working alongside Grasmere Farm to supply you with the best quality meat. When we call Grasmere to order, we are always greeted with a happy voice on the other end of the telephone. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality of their produce is impeccable. 

James who is our main point of contact at Grasmere farm told us that his favourite product is the sausage rolls and we can confirm they are absolutely delicious!! Grasmere attends local shows and James told us that Burghley is his favourite as it is a great opportunity to reach new customers and catch up with previous ones.  James' favourite thing about working at Grasmere is "Quite simply our customers, we sell to some of the finest restaurants, pubs, cafes and farm shops in the area, so visiting them is always a joy."
